When employers receive applications through our system they can choose to accept or decline the application.


Accepted Applications:

What this means:

· The employer has reviewed your application and has decided that you meet the minimum criteria for the position


What happens next?

· Acceptance of an application is not an invitation to interview. If you are selected for an interview the employer will contact you directly.

· Communications may come from the employer through the FindaPilot message system. Make sure you check your messages and update your email preferences
